What to flag before your client books
Passport validity: Minimum 6 months beyond return date. Push renewal if under 6 years remaining — a 5-year MEV can't outlast the passport.
Insurance: €30,000 minimum medical, mandatory across all Schengen states.
Peak season windows: Apply 6-8 weeks ahead for May-August travel. Winter processing is faster.
